Struthers Dam-Mahoning River
 

All Paddlers are being asked to a void the Struthers section of the Mahoning River for safety reasons.
We are also being asked to void the take out at Bob Cene Bridge as they are also starting work on the new cement launch. (This is the take out we use for the downtown Youngstown section we just did).
