Midnite Kayak August 11-12

This is my description from the park's program calendar:

BYOK: Perseids

Saturday, August 11

11 pm ? 1 am

EXPERIENCED kayakers, ages 18 and older, are invited to bring their own boats for this unique paddle. We hope to view this meteor shower, considered by many to be the best of the year. Free, call Ford Nature Center (330.740.7107) to register by 5 pm, August 11. Meet at East Newport Boat Launch.

Thanx to Mike, my two volunteers, and four others, for tagging along w/me on our first-ever Midnite Kayak. Altho unfortunately the meteors were 99% clouded out, we had a fun time.
