Tionesta Creek Primitive Camping
April 23-24
Come join us on our annual spring camping trip. Tionesta Creek is a pristine creek in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest in PA. Total trip is about 20 miles and needs to be run between 1.7 to 3.8 feet as indicated on the Lynch Gage. A 2.5 mile hike from our campsite can take you to the waterfalls. There will be a fee for the shuttle. Check out Fifthpig's 2014 trip report for directions and pictures of the trip! http://www.trimbleoutdoors.com/ViewT...e-44c79ef8c5e3 Putin - Henrys Mills Camping - Logan's Run Meeting place and takeout - the bridge in Kelletville on Branch Road off of Rt.666 at 9:30am, Saturday the 23th http://waterdata.usgs.gov/usa/nwis/uv?03017500 http://www.wunderground.com/weather-.../Tionesta.html Email me to let us know you are going and with any questions. |
