Picnic Survey
So I'm hoping to generate a lil discussion among club members here. I'm starting to think about the club picnic. I want to know how folks are feeling about a picnic in the post Corona world. Woodcock Lake Park has bathrooms with sinks, and of course hand sanitizer would be a necessity at the buffet table. Beyond that, what's everyone's thoughts?

I could also see everyone bring just the food they want. No buffet.
Maybe a community grill but not sure about that Mike & Jessica |
first thoughts...
No buffet. Bring your own food. (takes the fun out of it...Groan)
I don't see a problem with a grill. Some sort of --handy-- hand wash station would be good. There are some fairly cheap ones out there (if they are not sold out). Could be a DIY project? Bring your own chairs to scatter around and distance. Woodcock Lake location looked ok but might be too far away?? It's a 2 hour drive for K & C. I realize the current (stupid) Ohio 10 max group size for outdoor activities forces us to go to PA. Hopefully that will change soon? As an alternative: If we call the picnic a "wedding reception" we can have 300 guests!! Go figure. Maybe we could just give everyone a little ribbon that says "Wedding Guest" KenM |
Well...
2 members were to get married this year. :)
