Cold water precautions advised!
Meet at 10 AM at the bridge in Van on Rt. 322. Trip is between seven and eight miles. Water rating class I-II whitewater. Call first: Burt Martin 724-372-8895.

Burt will know if there will be enough water for the trip on Thursday, 2/29 or Friday, 3/1. A rough correlation for enough water in East Sandy Creek is 3.5 feet on the Rouseville gage on Oil Creek.

I just talked to Burt. There is enough water right now (4.10) but it is dropping fast. If you are planning on coming call him Friday night for the final verdict.
