October 20-21 Primitive Fall Camping Revision
 

The water level just is to low on the Tionesta Creek so we are back to the Allegheny River. Franklin to Kennerdell We will meet on the bridge in Kennerdell, Pa at 10:00am on Saturday October 20th. See link below.

Great trip
 

What a nice fall camping trip! The four of us paddled the windy Allegheny River. The only rain we had was at night when we were sleeping. It never got as cold as predicted. Dan paddled a solo 16'5” Wenonah canoe and had it trimmed out to handle the wind. Lots of firewood and we did set up a tarp. Everyone pitched in to make it an enjoyable time. We did see eight other kayak campers but not much of anything else going on.

Allegheny was 5.42, Fine
Tionesta was 1.70, to low needs to be 2.00
