This is a very relaxing trip and a great paddle, that takes you threw deep woods.
I would like to have our club meet at the Damn at 9 am so we all can meet up and do the shuttle and paddle togethor.
I will hope to have our banner so we all can find each other.

The Put in is off of Rt 322 on Dam rd once you go over the damn make a right turn in the first drive and that is the put in. I don't have a exact address for it, but here is the Latitude: 41.4983867 by Longitude: -80.4614582

The Address for Riverside Park is Memorial Dr, in Greenville, PA 16125

I really hope for a big turn out from our club to show support for the river watchers and all the work they have done

My wife and I will be there for this trip. We decided to wait for our new Nova Craft canoe before doing any trips this year. We just didn't feel comfortable in our Coleman. I haven't seen anyone since the Christmas party, so I may have to re-introduce myself. See everyone Sunday!!

Rally on the River

Dear Trumbull paddlers,
Thanks for your support and energy. We had over 160 boats on the river, ran out of hot dogs, and clogged the parking lots in Riverside Park. :9:

Who knows what might happen with good weather?

I understand you have a grant to do some work on your river! Congratulations.

And, Mike said your organization has formally applied to join ours. Very flattering and a total compliment. When you start to work, we stand ready with our chainsaws to join the effort (of course, we really subcontract that to the Amish...nothing scarier than a dozen over-weight, over-age retirees belly deep in a river, waving their Husky's around).

Thanks again, see you again on September 30 for PaddleFest 2012!

To all that made the adventure to Jamestown, I want to say thank you.
At my last count we had 32 boats from our club and none members that joined us.
I hope everyone enjoyed it because I really enjoy that section with all the woods and the feeling of being out in the middle of know were is great.

I will post pictures soon as I get a little time
and again thank you to all who paddle the upper shenango river
