2012 Whitewater Fatalities
 

Although TCT is by no means a whitewater paddling club, we sometimes encounter hazards and class II rapids on our runs. I thought this list of whitewater fatalities from 2012 is a good reminder for all of us to keep safety very much in mind on club trips. And it certainly gives me pause when I see the percentage of rafting fatalities.
