Here is how to add an Avitar to your profile.

Click on "User CP" on the menu.
Next scroll down and click on the "Edit Avatar" link in the left column.
If you want to add an avatar from your computer use option 2 and click the "Browse" button.
Find the image you want for your avatar on your computer then click the "Save Changes" button.
