I don't know all the factors in water management but the Army Corp of Engineers gives a three day prediction on outflows.

Shenango 1020 cfs 575 cfs 575 cfs

Berlin 500 cfs 500 cfs 340 cfs

Lake Milton 580 cfs 580 cfs 340 cfs

Sunday's outflow will be similar to Saturday's down from Friday's. I hope this info is useful although it is short notice. Also enjoy the trip I would like to do this section as I've yet to see it.
