What a great trip on a fantastic day.
We had 27 paddlers plus one k9 in 23 boats. 19 kayaks and 4 canoes made the 11 mile journey from Utica to franklin.
Water levels were about 5.5ft at Utica USGS gauge. We averaged 6 mph and had a high of 10 mph at one point.
We made the trip in 2 hours and 15 minutes of paddle time.
Just a great day on a classic spring trip for the club.
