I am trying to plan a camping trip on the Allegheny with the couple who came along for the trip Sunday. So far it would be them and their two kids and me and my three kids. Is anyone else interested in doing some camping before it's gets cold?

I'm hoping to get some insight on the best places to camp and the starting points and takeouts for each. I was just looking at the river on Google maps and it seems there are a lot of islands just downriver from Franklin PA.

Suggestions on trips would be greatly appreciated. And, if anyone else would be interested in going please let me know. The more the merrier.
