The 9th Annual edition of this event will be held at Cooper's Lake Campground in Portersville PA, just a ways over the Ohio/PA border and near Moraine State Park. The dates are June 3/4/5. It is a gathering of solo canoe afficianados, in particular, though tandems are welcome as well. A number of the very best manufacturers of canoes will be present with demo models of their canoes to try out. Lots of "messing about in boats". If you are a single-blade paddler, this is not to be missed. The event is free, though the campground will charge a nominal fee for "day-trippers" and of course assesses a fee for camping. Details are available at wpascr.org and/or on the Rendezvous FB page. As Dave Curtis has said " the pinnacle of the best in today's canoe design and technology is represented here..." Do come.
