1] 2021 Membership Dues are due. Form is under "About Us" Is the address still good?

2] A lot of members have traditionally paid up at the Xmas party. We also signed a waiver at that time. Is the waiver needed? I don't see it on the website or otherwise I would send it along with our dues. Possibly we could add it... or email it to current members.
