Tomorrow, the 11th, looks like a nice day. 60's, sunny and light wind. Anybody want to get out? Let me know. Ed

I am trying to pull a run togethor for March 11th.
I am looking at doing the WEST fork of the beaver creek, from Steubenville Rd to the State Park on Echo dell rd. The maon branch is at 5ft, and last year a small group of us made it down the west fork when the main was at this level. If not that run a closer one would be the Shenago river from West middlesex to rt 208, or The Downtown Y-town trip on Mahoning (ed hasn't done this section yet) ALso thought about the Cuyahoga river threw Kent Ohio. Please call if you are interested Mike Danko 330-847-9741 |

What's close for me might not be close to you but, I'd be for the y-town run or Shenango. I can scrape up a little more gas money to get somewhere else. I'll call later , Mike.

On March 11th we will be doing the downtown Y-town Srction of the Mahoning River.
We will meet at 11am under the Mahoning Ave Bridge were Mill Creek joins the mahonings. The dirt parking lot that we meet at is off of Tod ave under the Mahoning Ave Bridge. We will paddle threw town and pull out at the industrial rd bridge (not on a map) It is next to the Union Street bridge by struthers. About 6 mile paddle. Hope to see you there Mike Danko |
