Scenic Shenango
It’s a very scenic run and nearly all flat water. I can recall one very small rapid near the end when the river level was low. Shenango River Watchers arranges a dam release for enough water to make the run. Often a paddler can cover the eight miles in a couple hours, so there is usually a good current. There will likely be LOTS of boaters. There is a charge for the shuttle. In the past they have had a picnic and band at the takeout. But check the Shenango River Watchers website for all the specifics.
