April 2nd and 3rd
I'd like to do the Tionesta creek run on the 2nd, but a friend told me that is the first day of trout fishing in Pa. I made that mistake one year on Pine Creek and it wasn't fun.
Any word what might be done on the 3rd. Maybe something in Ohio?

Trout day on the Tionesta
I did the overnight on the Tionesta twice on the first day. I expected we would have a contest to see who collected the most lures.
I did not think it was bad at all. Just a few areas around cabins or near a bridge where there was more fishing access had a cluster of anglers to avoid. Just had to yell out a couple of times to let then know we were coming thru. Then again... I didn't ask Jimbo how many lines he took out ahead of me. --Ken |
