Default Fatality on the Cuyahoga

TCT,
This extremely tragic story speaks to the perils of the combination of high water, cold water, and boating alone in those conditions. Although the story doesn't specify the river conditions, it's a safe bet that the river was running high and cold after all the rain on the previous Friday. And it also appears, although it is not stated, the kayaker was boating alone. Deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Maher.
JP
