The Army Corps Of Engineers predicts an outflow set at 700cfs for Friday and 500cfs for Saturday http://www.lrp.usace.army.mil/rec/lakes/mahoning.htm. If Saturdays prediction comes to pass I would like to float the creek about 11:00.(negotiable?) usgs 03036000 mahoning dam is below the dam approximately 1/4 mile and can confirm Saturday's cfs. I have floated as low as 420cfs and found it adequate.
