New Swift Metropark

THere will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new Swift Metropark on Friday October 7th at 11 am. I was asked to come and represent our group but I will be unable to attend. If some of you would like to attend call Zac Svette at 330-675-3072 and let him know. And thanks to Zac for all the hard work to get to this point.

I wasn't able to make the grand opening, but I did visit the park yesterday.
Nice paved road with lots of parking and a port a john.

There isn't ramp there like canoe city, it is more like foster park with railroad ties as steps. But easy to put in, as I did a moon light run yesterday from swifty to canoe city. Took about a hour & half.
