Default June 21 Trip

I noticed that the events calendar does not have the June 21 paddle from Carson's Landing on it. What's up? I hope it's not cancelled... it was a nice trip last year.

Meet at Carson Landing at 4pm for a paddle up the Mahoning River as far as we can go, then we will turn around and paddle back. Hot dogs and chips will be provided by your trip leader upon return. Bring a chair and hang out after and enjoy the last part of Fathers Day and the summer solstice.
Directions
I80 west to rt534 south
534 to Ellsworth Rd, turn right on Ellsworth
go about a mile and look for parking on the left.
if you go to the bridge you went too far! check our map also
Let Betka know by Saturday if you are going. axbtte@aol.com

Hi,

Any idea about how long you expect to be paddling on this outing?

Thanks,

Jim

Time on the water should only be 2 hours or less. But we can make it longer if you want! After the run, Betka will be grillin' some dogs.

Sounds good!

I'm planning on being there with my son.

Thanks

Nice job on this one Betka! Our trip leader went the extra mile to make sure we did this all legal by getting a permit for the group and to make a fire, and then she brings food for everyone at her own expense! It was great to hang around and "BS" after the run, munching on hot dog and chips.
High water enabled a few of us to paddle all the way up to the dam. The first time I've went all the way up to it.
Nice turn out too, 17 or 18 people.
