I discovered your organization and site while researching waterways. Very nice! My husband and I have "discovered" kayaking and LOVE IT... When we told the kids we were kayaking - of course they immediately think of OhioPyle and tell us to be careful since we are, after all, ancient. We've paddled several sections of the Shenango Trail and are looking for additional "tame" adventures. We have started out with cheap flat water recreational boats just to make sure this isn't a fad... but we are hooked and would like to get better boats, skirts and helmets some time soon... Then the kids can worry.
