Default Geocaching w/ the kayak....

Anyone else here do any geocaching? I had to get out yesterday with the weather being as nice as it was so I looked around and found a little caching trip to do.
Since I'm over here in Sharon I of course looked at the Shenango Lake. The far NW bay of the lake has a 10 hp restriction - this is where I went. If you look on the geocaching site you'll find that there are 5 caches close to shore all around this bay. You can start at Parker's Landing, a small boat ramp on Seneca Rd, and just work your way around the bay getting all 5. It's just over four and a half miles and a very nice paddle.
There is hunting in the area, so be careful while caching. Most of the caches are within 25 ft of the shore. Also the water is getting really low. Finding a place to get out that's not too muddy is tough for a couple of them. I was pulling up beside driftwood and then standing on it to get in and out of the boat.
Just wanted to share a nice peaceful day on the water so others can enjoy it too. --Steve
