Is Eagle Creek paddlable?

How far can you paddle up Eagle Creek from confluence with Mahoning River (just upstream from Rt 5) ?

Eagle Creek is a hit or miss, last time I did I make it about 2 mile up stream then I ran into a ton of trees down.
