Conemaugh River Oct 9th

Judy and I are going to do a run on the Conemaugh River from Conemaugh Dam to Saltsburg, Pa. on Sunday October 9th. Weather and water level permitting of course. We'd love to have as many join us as possible. Please let us know interest and we'll arrange shuttling and a dinner location when we're off the water.
It's a 7.5 mile float with a nice mix of flat water and riffles and should take about 3 1/2 hours to run depending on the water level and how fast we paddle. This is a really nice water gap and the fall foliage this time of year there is spectacular.
Possible itinerary is:
Meet at Conemaugh Dam launch about 10:30, off-load then shuttle to Saltsburg, return and get on the water by Noon. We should be off the water, loading and retrieving vehicle(s) at Conemaugh Dam by 4:00. Dinner could be at a local Inn or pizza place in Saltsburg depending on what we'd like to do as a group.
