Newport in November, Saturday the 5th

Park lakes close December 1st and I've been doing a finale the first Saturday in November for quite a few years now (I have kayaked there Thanxgiving weekend, but weather then is not dependable!).

2-4 pm (warmest part of day I hope) from East Newport Boat Launch. As of Tuesday nite, forecast is high of 56F and sunny.

Last year we saw a bald eagle!

Please call and let me know you're attending.

Ray your killing me, but I will be there. I will have to tape the end of the buckeye's game and record the YSU game at 5 on tv21

We didn't have a meeting at the last run. If we get enough officers and members present we will try to have a short meeting before the run. If not we'll do it at the chilly run.

Folks,

I'm experiencing problems uploading pictures from the Lake Newport trip. I will contact Dustin to try to figure out why. I wonder if it may somehow be related to the slew of bogus website memberships today.

Ok, Dustin fixed the problem with uploading pictures...Many thanks to Ray, Pete, and Kate for leading the Lake Newport trip and arranging such beautiful weather. A few pictures have been added to User Albums....enjoy....
