Default Rescue at Struthers Dam

Here's the story

From one item in the story–rescuer putting a PFD on the victim– it sounds like this may have been an inexperienced group if the account is accurate. Wonder if the group knew about or could recognize the dam. Also river was around 4 feet on USGS West Ave gage which is above normal summer flows. Glad that no one was hurt. Educating family, friends, and new paddlers about the dangers of dams and risks of high water is an important role for all of us.
