Default Successful Deer Creek Trip.

A big Thank You to all the club members, (and dogs) who turned out to paddle around Deer Creek Reservoir. We had 10 kayaks and 1 canoe with Matt and his dog Rogue providing entertainment. If you have never witnessed how Rogue travels, which I hadn't until today, you will be amused if not amazed.
The water level was too low to allow access to all parts of the lake, but we were still able to paddle a couple of miles and spend some time just enjoying the outdoors.
The weather deteriorated as the afternoon wore on, but that didn't stop a few of us from sitting at the picnic tables and enjoying a leisurely lunch.
Again, Thank You to all who helped make this a successful trip and heres to hoping we can do it again...preferably when the water level is higher.
Tim.
