Default Upper Grand River Review

On Sunday June 9th Jessica and myself did the last part of the upper grand river. This was a new section for us.

With Vrooman Rd and Masons landing closed we put in at Blair Road Metro Park and took out at Beaty Landing Metro Park.
This section is 8.67 Miles long. USGS at the park was 4.02 ft. with 1830 CFS.
Was a really easy paddle at this level. Would make a great club trip as it is the flattest section down river from harpersfield.
We made the trip in 1hr 35 minutes

Look forward to trying this section at a lower level.

Mike
