Really engaging and well-written read on the beginnings and evolution of Immersion Research. While the article is about a company that makes paddling gear, it's more about the demands of growing and running a business and the insights gained by a young kayaking couple who was able to adapt to the many challenges and realities they faced. Well worth the time to read in my opinion.
