According to their web site and a e-mail I received from Shenango River Watchers, there is a $10.00 per craft donation this time.

Sunday
My wife and i will be coming this Sunday. I am a member of TCT but my schedule makes it difficult to attend many events. We are looking forward to meeting some new folks who also enjoy the sport of Kayaking.
I have a trailer and can haul an additional 3 kayaks if anyone needs a ride to the Dam. We are from North Jackson and we can pick someone up if needed. thanks Lou and Patty Champney |

Look forward to seeing everyone sunday for a great and relaxing trip on a river that I consider a sister river to our Mahoning. The two river meet just south of New Castle and form the Beaver River that heads to the Ohio River.
Also I am sorry for the spam that is getting on here hope dustin can get it off Mike |

Question about unregistered boat
Linda and I will be coming Sunday unless it is pouring down. Also have a question about boat registration: I bought a new boat today and want to try it on the water before I register it and stick numbers all over it. I was told at REI that as long as I'm not going in a state park it won't be a problem. Any thoughts on this? Thanks

Well it is a good idea to always register a boat, but last time down this section this question came up. Huge of the river watcher told many of this is a good place to paddle a non registered boat, and the PA game commission is over looking stuff like that for paddle fest to encourage people to paddle.
I think you will be fine. Mike |
