I talk to Steve, we will at lease meet up at noon and see what we think from there.
I really don't want to paddle in this cold but i do want to get out.
at 7:30 this morning the usgs gauge is at 3.06. The river is up and moving.

Sorry to bail on you guys, but today is not what I envision when paddling for the first time with TCT. I will be waiting for the Grand River trip in 2 weeks... Stay warm paddlers!!

Talked to steve and we are going to cancel the trip,,, i now know the weather is controled by a female, always changing her mind. Unlike father time, only changes twice a year.

Steve and I are going to the B&O in case any crazy kayakers show up. Assuming no one is going to show up, we are going to go to lunch and talk about kayaking . Ha Ha. Who would have thought it would be this cold.

BUMMER !!! 2 more weeks of bouncing off walls I guess... If this kind of weather keeps up I'm going to need a smaller kayak, or a bigger bathtub !!!!
