Default Lyda / Clarion Weekend

What is becoming another TCTC tradition is coming up this weekend. That's right! "Bobbin On The Clarion" and camping at the Lyda's ... per the newsletter: Jerry and Billie plan to arrive at camp Thurs PM - departing Sunday for Mothers Day activities, address is 3861 Bond Rd, Brookville PA 15825; GPS 41.278146-78.925737

Plenty of room in the camp to sleep or bring your tent, lots of flat spots to pitch a tent. There is plenty of firewood that needs burned.

We will paddle the Clarion on Friday, Saturday, and anyone that wants can paddle on Sunday if the weather permits.

We will have camp fire food on Friday night, so bring what you want to cook over a fire. Saturday night we will have hot sandwiches ready when we get back from paddling. We will have breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so bring what you want.

Jerry is looking for a head count, so post in this thread to make yourself known. Lookin' forward to seeing everybody there.

SAFETY REMINDER: It's been a cool Spring, water temp is just starting to climb out of the 40's, be prepared accordingly.

Default Bobbin

I plan on trying again this year. Last year I had a slight mishap with one of Bambi's brethren as I drove through Clarion. Hopefully I'll roll in late Thursday and toss a tent for the weekend.

Jodi and I do plan to attend, planning to get up there Fri night.
Jerry, if there is anything in particular you would like us to bring, let me know.
Many thanks!
Mark

Guys, I hate to say it, but the weather is looking like crap. Once again mother nature seems to hate when I have a weekend off. In light of the poor forecast, I don't think we will be venturing up to camp.

Billie & jerry, thank you guys for hosting the club. It is so wonderful and giving when folks open up their homes to the club.
