Allegheny / Foxburg lunch

Next Sunday we will be on the Allegheny from Emlenton to Parker. This is the short run with the long lunch stop! We take it easy on this August run. Shuttle service will be provided by Parker's Landing Outfitters for the low price of $5 per person. Lunch stop will be in Foxburg at the Allegheny Grill or one of the other places in this little burg if you wish. Afterward we can stop for a swim at the mouth of the Clarion River to cool off.
Now , this is important; Shuttles are scheduled to leave Parker at NOON. Please be there no later than 11:30.( got it Stan?). If it's a large crowd it may take 2 trips. You know the routine, we've done this before. Unload in the parking lot as quickly as you can, then pull your car into the lower lot and out of the way. help the outfitter load the boats and equipment. There will be plenty of time for BS on the river!!!

Count me in plus Tony who joined the club a couple of weeks ago and our friend Jason who was on the last Mahoning trip.

I'll be there as well & can't wait. Looking forward to the swim afterwards and practicing an open water "re-entry" into my kayak...
