Default Shenango River Question

I received an email from a guy named Ty McCunn and was wondering if anyone could help him. He wrote the following:

Could you tell me if the Shenago River is canoeable this time of
year from Pymatuning to Greenville?

His email address is ty.mccunn@neomin.org

Thanks.

I heard that there are so many laydowns that it's hardly canoeable anytime.
