Can someone tell me where you can put in at to paddle from Canoe City to Packard Park ?

I'm a little foggy on this, but from the parking lot at Canoe City, it's a bit of a hike with your boat on river left down to near the dam and then around an electrical station. Once past the station, there should be a path down to the river below the dam.

Supposedly there is another area where the county is going to put an access ramp that is across North Leavitt Road from the parking lot at Canoe City. Best bet is to check Google Maps. It appears there is a road that goes down to the river under the North Leavitt Road bridge. I have no idea what the access is like at that spot, however.
