Post Precipitation Map

http://water.weather.gov/precip/

If you're looking for a place to float after some isolated showers, I found this website useful for finding out what might be floatable when the water gauge information isn't adequate.

It shows how many inches of precipitation fell in areas across the states.

Thanks for that page, Paul. It looks very useful.

Here's a USGS page that I also use to get a sense of overall flow conditions?a statewide map of streamflow by gage as a percentile of a 30-year average. It helps to see the geographic distribution of flow conditions.
