Mahoning River access in Girard

Here's an article from the Tribune Chronicle on Girard's efforts to create an access point on the Mahoning.

remember the girard site all started with the friends of the mahoning. They have worked hard to make this a possiblity.

I would love to see a better put in be in place on the down stream side of canoe city and a closer take out near the dam at canoe city for a nice portage.
