new member from Canfield/Austintown area

Hi I'm Wardie and I'm a sailboater but I just bought a 15' very used Coleman Ram X Canoe to have some recreational fun with. I know about the club and the trips you take so I thought I'd become a dues paying member and participate as much as I can.

This past Sunday I put the canoe in at the Berlin Yacht Club and used a trolling motor to take a run all the way to Bedell Road and back. My friend whose pretty good at this laughed when I almost tipped it over. I left a post on how to make Outriggers which I thought just might come in handy during cold weather months. Yeah I know I'm a baby, a bed wetter etc. cuzz I don't want to go swimming in 31 degree weather..ha,ha I'd like to try the Chili paddle that's why I'm looking to build a set of outriggers. I look forward to meeting the group. Wardie
