***2019 Trip Schedule***
TCT Paddlers,
Here is the club's official trip schedule for the 2019 paddling season that was developed at our February 10th planning meeting. Oil Creek is on the schedule for the first time. And we return to a couple places that have been off the schedule for several years–Lake Newport and Pymatuning Creek, now an Ohio wild and scenic river. Watch the Official Trips section of this forum for meeting times and locations posted by the trip leaders. In addition, check the Unofficial Trips section for last minute side trips and pick-up trips throughout the year. Looking forward to a great season running the rivers and lakes of our region. Welcome aboard! Under the "About Us" tab at the top of the page, there is a link for a membership application. Fill it out and send it in. There are a few meetings each year, which help keep the club organized and functioning. Details about each trip are posted as the date approaches. Sometimes the trip leaders ask for folks to RSVP, but for the most part ya just have to show up at the posted location. You need to have your own boat and safety equipment, and should participate to your skill level. Feel free to ask questions. We also have a Facebook page that you can utilize for discussions. Looking forward to seeing ya at some of the trips.
