When my 2004 Bonneville broke down for good earlier this year, I could no longer use the Yakima Q49 rack that helped to carry my canoe for 19 years. The clips to secure the towers fit only Buick LeSabre and Pontiac Bonneville models from the early 2000s and the Buick Riviera from the late 1990s. But the two round crossbars (58” long) and four tower pads could still be useful for other Yakima rack systems. Towers, pads, clips, and crossbars are free to anyone who wants them.

I may be interested. One of the I guess you call towers is cracked on the one o have. I’m wondering if the crossbars will fit my Honda or Ivan at least use the feet.

Brenda, Check your messages on Facebook Messenger. I will bring the rack on a trip that I know we will both attend.
